If you choose a plan, you keep working in Close without interruption. If you don’t, your account pauses and your data stays available for a limited period before it’s deleted.

AI credits pay for AI that does work for you: AI Agents, AI Enrichment, Auto Updates, AI steps in Workflows, and Chloe chats beyond your weekly allowance. Lead summaries, email thread summaries, AI Notetaker, AI Rewrite, and Suggested Actions don’t use credits. Each plan includes credits per user every month (500 on Solo; 1,000, 1,500, or 2,000 per user on Essentials, Growth, and Scale), pooled across your team up to 10,000, 15,000, or 20,000. Credits reset monthly, don’t roll over, and you can buy more anytime.
Every Close plan, including Solo, includes Chloe and AI Agents. Chloe is your AI assistant: ask about your leads, pipeline, or last call, or have her take action in Close. AI Agents work for you on ongoing jobs like calling and qualifying new leads. Growth and Scale add AI Playbooks, Auto Updates, and AI steps in Workflows.
Yes. Monthly plans can be upgraded, downgraded, or canceled anytime. Annual plans can be upgraded during the term, and downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of the term. Yes. Close offers free migration help for standard moves from HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and other CRMs, and you can import data yourself with built-in importers or a spreadsheet.
