We integrate with Close because a closed deal is the start of real work, not the end of it. Closed-won kicks off a chain of back-office tasks: onboarding, invoicing, contract setup, re-keying the same data into accounting and other systems. Most teams still do all of that by hand.
The integration lets FlowRunner read and write Close records, so a closed opportunity can trigger a workflow automatically. The agent pulls the deal data from Close, runs the downstream steps, and routes exceptions to a person before it acts. Reps stay in Close. The busywork that used to follow every closed deal runs itself.
