Improvement
Previously, Workflow triggers only supported created or created or updated events. Applicable trigger types now also support updated events, so you can run a Workflow only when an existing object or activity is updated.
Example: You only want to trigger a Workflow when specific fields on an existing Opportunity are updated, without triggering it when the Opportunity is first created.
