From what we saw, the tool offers pretty basic CRM options that let you manage customer data, track interactions with your prospects, and manage deals and pipelines. If we talk about call automation features like power dialer, your sales team won’t find it in ActiveCampaign. If you’re looking to make your outreach smoother, you’ll have to deal with an external tool.
