iBluSend is the iMessage integration for Close. Your team texts leads as blue bubbles from your own phone number and Apple ID, and every conversation lands on the matching Close lead.
Text from inside Close. Open a lead, log an iMessage activity, type your message, and it goes out over iMessage from your own line. Replies come back to the same lead in order.
Everything is logged. Sent and received texts, photos, videos, files and voice memos appear on the lead activity feed. Calls appear as Close call activities with direction, duration, outcome, a recording link and a transcript when available.
Call from Close too. Start a FaceTime Audio call to a lead from Close and the call is logged for you.
