Bring your iMessage conversations into Close with iBluSend. Send and receive messages from your own Mac and Apple ID, and keep the conversation history on the matching Close lead.
Log sent and received texts, photos, videos, files, and voice memos. Calls appear as Close call activities with direction, duration, outcome, recording links, and transcripts when available. Your team can send an iMessage directly from a custom iMessage (iBluSend) activity on the lead.
Connect through OAuth 2.0, match contacts by email or phone, and optionally create leads for new contacts. Choose an account-wide connection or connect an individual workspace so each team’s lines stay with the right CRM.
An iBluSend account and a connected Mac are required. Group chats, reactions, read receipts, and voice-memo transcripts are not synced to Close.
