You can now pin Notes or Custom Activities on any Lead in Close. Pinned items appear at the top of the activity feed, making it easy for your team to highlight key info and updates.
- Share a summary for your team: Pin a note that gives an overview of the lead's status or next steps. Anyone who views the lead will see the summary first, helping reduce confusion or missed context.
- Resurface important threads: If a note or custom activity contains details that might be needed later — like feedback, deal blockers, or helpful context — pin it so it's always easy to find.
This feature is available on all plans.
