You can now make Smart Views of various types of Activities from your team: Calls, Emails, SMS messages, WhatsApp messages, Meetings, Notes, and Custom Activities. This unlocks a ton of new use cases, from monitoring your team's weekly activity to making a list of calls where the transcript mentioned a particular topic.
Just like with other Smart Views, you can customize your columns, apply filters, and share them with your team.
