Kevin Ramani is a startup sales coach and the founder of Ramani Ventures, where he helps B2B founders build go-to-market strategies and scalable sales playbooks. He was part of the founding team at Close (YC W'11) and its predecessor ElasticSales, where he led Sales and Customer Success from $0 to $7M ARR — fully bootstrapped — and helped build sales playbooks for hundreds of VC-backed startups. A former NASA engineer who worked on the Phoenix Mission and the Curiosity Rover, Kevin has made over 20,000 cold calls and closed millions of dollars in deals across dozens of industries. He is a speaker and mentor at Alchemist Accelerator and Founder University, and has coached 75+ startups that have generated a combined $500M+ in ARR.
