You could also do sales contests to reward reps for besting each other and staying competitive. Not to mention, this is also great for team bonding!
For instance, you could offer a bonus to the rep who closes the most deals in a month or give extra points for certain activities such as attending training sessions or generating leads through referrals.
Although these may seem like small incentives on the surface, they can help drive performance and create a fun workplace atmosphere.
