Email subjects are now taken into consideration when determining if the email is an autoreply. Emails that are determined to be autoreplies, either by subject line or by header, are no longer counted as Opened or Responded in the Sent Email Report. The Event Log API (previously only available for users on the Business plan) is now available for all users. This endpoint lets you view an audit log of all data changes made in Close.
Business users can now transfer calls to any of their verified external numbers, any group numbers in their organization or even a number entered on-the-fly.
A new option on the Power Dialer allows you to reduce the time spent waiting for calls to be answered before moving onto the next Lead. This is useful for prioritizing human reach rates when you don't intend to leave voicemail messages.
The Power Dialer previously was only supported by users in the US & CA. Now it's available everywhere.
All sections of the Lead View sidebar are now consistent. Users can now search for Contacts and Custom Fields, and also have an improved experience when adding new Custom Fields.
The Power Dialer enables you to call through a list of leads faster than ever before. It does this by providing a “Call Next Lead” button and automatically moving sales reps on to the next lead until a call is answered.
Users can now delete an entire email thread in the lead activity feed with a single click.
When hovering over call activity text on a lead page (e.g. “Call from [Contact Name]”), a tooltip now shows which phone numbers were used (for both sales rep and contact). We also show the phone number label (if one exists) and properly format international numbers.

We’re excited to share that we’ve added a 7th Custom Field type called “User”. It’s common for teams to use Custom Fields to assign leads to one another.
